The 8 BIT PLATOON Multi-Channel Client Onboarding solution enables end-users to initiate, participate and complete onboarding transactions using the channel that is most convenient to them.

Additionally, the solution ensures that onboarding data (normally from electronic forms) and related attachments are routed to the correct back-end systems for processing.

A typical use case is a client account opening transactions, which may start on a mobile platform, if required be completed on a desktop computer with attachments and then be completed with a final letter distributed to the client.
